Support from AYSAF to 500 million dollars export goal


AYSAF-International Footwear Materials Exhibition, which plays an essential role in the development of Turkish footwear sub-industry is opened at CNR EXPO Yesilkoy.
 
Pozitif Fuarcılık, a CNR Holding company, organizes AYSAF in collaboration with the Association of Turkish Footwear Components Manufacturers (AYSAD) and Turkish Footwear Industry Research, Development, and Education Foundation (TASEV). Over 450 companies shaping the footwear sub-industry participate with more than 1.000 brands in the exhibition supported by KOSGEB.
 
The Association of Turkish Footwear Components Manufacturers (AYSAD) President Ömer Kadir Arpacı stated that AYSAF would contribute directly and indirectly to the export target of 500 million dollars and the trade volume of 1,5 billion dollars.
 
Arpacı said that the footwear components industry increasing its quality and capacity day by day would continue its success with the exhibition. Arpacı continued saying, "As the footwear components industry, we will contribute significantly to the economic targets with AYSAF Exhibition. We will hold bilateral negotiations with international buyers to establish business deals during the exhibition. AYSAF will, directly and indirectly, contribute to the export target of 500 million dollars and the trade volume of 1,5 billion dollars. With the support offered by the Ministry of Economy, we aim to reach $3 billion export volume by 2023."
 
AYSAF will break records this year
 
CNR Holding General Coordinator Cem Şenel said that more than 20,000 professional buyers would participate in the exhibition where more than 1000 brands represented by over 450 companies shaping the footwear sub-industry are displayed. Şenel, noting that there would be a record-breaking number of buyers this year in AYSAF, emphasized that the promotions of the participating companies will be made most efficiently to contribute in increasing their business volumes. Şenel said, "There will be buyers from all over the world besides the local shoe manufacturers. We expect the new products of the shoe suppliers will attract great interest."
