AYSAF – International Exhibition for Footwear Materials, Components, Leather and Technologies, where the heart of the global footwear industry beats, received great attention from both the exhibitors and industry professionals. Welcoming its visitors for the 62nd time, the exhibition presented new industry-related products and technologies of more than 500 companies.
Organized by CNR Holding subsidiary, Pozitif Trade Fairs with the cooperation of TASEV (Turkish Footwear Industry Research and Education Foundation) and AYSAD (Turkish Footwear Components Manufacturers Association) and the support of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey and KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization), AYSAF – International Exhibition for Footwear Materials, Components, Leather and Technologies received great attention once again this year. At the exhibition, which is the most extensive footwear components industry meeting in Eurasia, new products and technologies of more than 500 companies leading the global market were displayed for the first time.
B2B meetings enabled new trade relations
The Turkish footwear components industry which aims for the top with its footwear machinery, components industry manufacturing capacity and technological infrastructure has come one step closer to its 3-billion-dollar export target via B2B meetings at the exhibition. Exporting leather, soles, heels, molds, welts, textiles and accessories as well as footwear machinery to the 300-billion-dollar global market, the Turkish footwear components industry is moving forward to become the new center of attraction in the global market with 12 thousand manufacturing companies and 300 thousand employments.
More than 20.000 visitors in 4 days
The exhibition which united all innovative industry-related products from accessories and textile products to lasts, soles, heels, molds, chemicals, finished and semi-finished raw leather, artificial leather and leather processing machinery with industry professionals welcomed those from Russia, China, Ukraine, Italy, Germany, Iran, Pakistan, India, Spain, Poland, Romania and Turkic Republics. The new industry-related products and technologies of more than 500 companies that lead the global market were introduced at the exhibition where China participated with a team of 60 people. Organized on the 60 thousand square meter area, over 20 thousand people visited the only footwear components exhibition of Turkey in 4 days.
